On June 9, Kotian complained (copy available with ABI) to the BMC Commissioner and Health officer (F South Ward) demanding action on hospital but no action was taken. Kotian alleged that the all illegal activities are running in the knowledge of the medical officer S-ward, Dr Sachin Bhosale.

The Hospital is admitting patients of all sorts. Various surgical procedures are being conducts in the hospital without requisite license.
